Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for automating, scaling, and maintaining the infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 storage, IAM roles, and other cloud resources.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Maintain strong security practices, including access control, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve DevOps processes and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting).
- Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of Linux systems administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools.
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and cost optimization on AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.
